Bhoomi Relocation Service was founded with a simple idea: moving home should not be a nightmare. Too many families in Gurgaon had experienced the same problems – movers who arrived late, quotes that grew on moving day, careless packing and broken furniture, and nobody to call when something went wrong. We set out to build a moving company that does the opposite.

From our office on the 30 Ft Main Road in Ashok Vihar Phase III, near Nandi Dham, we began by helping neighbours shift within old Gurgaon. Word spread quickly. Today our trained crews handle hundreds of moves – from studio apartments and PG rooms to luxury Golf Course Road penthouses, corporate floors in Cyber City and Udyog Vihar, and intercity relocations to every major Indian city. Our Team

Our strength is our people. Every move is led by an experienced supervisor and carried out by trained packers, loaders, carpenters and drivers who work with us full-time. New team members learn under senior packers before handling fragile items, and every crew follows the same checklist: protect the floors and doors, pack room by room, label every carton, load heavy items first and fragile items on top, and never leave until the customer is satisfied.

Behind the field team, our move coordinators handle surveys, quotes, society permissions and customer updates. Because we are open 24 hours, someone always answers your call – whether it is a late-night question about your delivery or an urgent shifting request at dawn.

Our Fleet and Equipment

We use clean, closed container trucks in all sizes – mini trucks for narrow lanes in old Gurgaon, 14 to 19-ft trucks for 1 to 3 BHK homes, and 22 to 32-ft containers for villas, offices and long distance moves. Cars travel in closed car carriers, and our long distance vehicles are GPS-tracked. Our teams carry trolleys, straps, ramps, blankets, floor guards and tool kits for furniture dismantling and reassembly.

How We Work – The Bhoomi Relocation Method

Over hundreds of moves, we have refined a simple, repeatable method that protects your goods and your time. It is the same whether you are moving a studio apartment or a corporate floor.

Listen first

Every move starts with a conversation. Our coordinator asks about your dates, your building, your special items and your worries. A family with a newborn, an elderly parent or a pet needs a different plan than a bachelor moving a PG room, and we plan accordingly.

Survey and plan

We survey your goods in person or on a video call and prepare a written quotation and move plan. You know the vehicle size, crew strength, materials, timing and cost before you commit.

Protect the home

On moving day the crew first protects floors, door frames, lifts and railings, so neither your old home nor your new one is damaged in the process – especially important for rented homes where deposits are at stake.

Pack, label and list

Packing is done room by room. Every carton is labelled with its room and contents, and an inventory is prepared for larger moves. Fragile items are marked and loaded last.

Load and secure

Heavy furniture goes into the truck first, fragile cartons on top, and every layer is tied with straps and separated with padding so nothing shifts on the road.

Deliver, unpack and follow up

At the destination, the team unloads, reassembles furniture, unpacks as agreed and clears away packing waste. A coordinator follows up afterwards to make sure everything is in order.

Safety and Responsibility

Our crews are trained in safe lifting techniques and use trolleys, straps and ramps for heavy items, reducing the risk of injury and damage. We do not move hazardous items such as filled gas cylinders, fuel or chemicals, and we advise customers on how to handle them safely. Where customers opt for transit insurance, we assist fully with documentation and claims.

Reuse and Responsible Packing

Moving generates a lot of packing waste. Wherever possible, we reuse sturdy cartons and blankets, collect packing debris after unpacking, and encourage customers to donate or sell items they no longer need before moving – which also lowers the cost of the move.

Our home base is Gurgaon, and we know its neighbourhoods inside out – from the narrow lanes of Ashok Vihar and Sadar Bazar to the towers of Golf Course Extension Road and the new societies of New Gurgaon.
